Police arrested five men Wednesday morning after seizing over 12 pounds of drugs and three loaded semi-automatic firearms from a Lynn apartment.
Officers went to 72 Mall St. at 8:30 a.m. and executed a search warrant shortly after arresting Moises Casado, 20, of Chelsea on a federal warrant for cocaine distribution. Police found more than 300 grams of crack cocaine, over six pounds of marijuana, and more than $7,000 in cash, according to police. RELATED: Mailman indicted for allegedly deliveringpackages of cocaine Four other men in the apartment were also arrested and charged with numerous firearms and narcotics offenses: Jorge Delgado-Medina, 20, of Everett, Allban Ramadine, 19, of Lynn, Tevin Nyachero, 18, of Revere, and a 17-year-old unidentified male. The four adults were charged with trafficking over 200 grams of a class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a class D substance, conspiracy to violate narcotics laws, three counts of illegal possession of a firearm, and a possession of a firearm with obliterated serial number. Delgado-Medina was also charged with possession of a firearm as a felon, as well as three warrants for cocaine trafficking, carrying a dangerous weapon and armed robbery.
All the adult defendants are expected to be arraigned Thursday at the Lynn District Court.
