Police arrested a Worcester man in connection to the murder of a woman who was found dead inside a burnt car on a dirt road in the woods in Worcester.
Thomas Hogan, 40, was charged with misleading an investigation. Police said that this arrest is in connection to the murder of the woman who was found in a car that was engulfed in flames on Swan Avenue Wednesday night. The investigation is still ongoing.
