A 29-year-old man was shot to death in Chelsea early Sunday morning.

The Suffolk County District Attorney’s office says police are investigating a fatal shooting at a Chester Avenue home, located near Shawmut Street, just after 3 a.m.

Police found two men shot on the scene. One man, a 29-year-old whose identity has not been released, died from his injuries. The second, a 34-year-old whose identity has also not yet been released, was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

State Police are currently investigating the crime. As of 11 a.m., details were still sparse and no arrests had been announced.
