A man was stabbed in the neck outside a North End bar early Thursday morning after a heated argument with his alleged assailant, police said.
Police said two men who knew each other got into an argument at about 1:15 a.m. outside The Point bar and the shouting match escalated into physical violence.
Police arrested Evan Cobb, 22, of Somerville and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The victim was taken to Mass. General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A second victim was taken to Tufts Medical Center for an unspecified, non-serious injury, police said.
Cobb was expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Thursday.
