The suspect was seen entering the bicycle cage at Oak Grove station. T police are asking the public for help identifying a man connected to a bicycle theft back on March 29. Officers declared this man to be a person of interest on Wednesday.They encourage people to use ULOCKsanti-theft devices. They suggest that people not leave their bikes at stations over night or for long periods of time.
