Incriminating evidence suggests that Tom Brady gave a New York City taxi cab driver the middle finger on Monday night, according to "OnlyInBoston."

But last week, appeals court judges in New York hammered NFLPA attorney Jeffrey Kessler and many are thinking that Brady's side could lose this time around in the Deflategate proceedings.
