Weekend Red Line riders, bikers and drivers can breathe a sigh of relief if they intended to get across the Longfellow Bridge.
MassDOT has canceled this weekend’s diversion and Longfellow Bridge closure. The last of the work will be done in overnight shifts instead of weekend days.
The bridge will have one lane open for Boston-bound drivers and bikers.
