Astoundingly, Top of the Hub is not yet sold out. The iconic perch atop the Pru has two seatings this year. Say bonne année at Brasserie Jo, whose New Year’s Eve menu includes baked stuffed lobster Champagne with Anna potatoes and haricot verts, and Dijon crusted rack of lamb with pommes gratin and winter vegetables.
