The star and creator of TLC reality show Cake Boss , Buddy Valastro, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired on Thursday morning.
Valastro was reportedly pulled over on 10th Avenue in Manhattan, after police watched him swerve through traffic in a yellow 2014 Corvette between 20th and 32nd Streets.
Upon emerging from the vehicle, Valastro was unsteady on his feet and his eyes were bloodshot. After he failed a breathalyzer test, he was arrested and taken to central booking.
The New Jersey native faced arraignment at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
