Camera catches Bronx flasher following 3 kids home: Police

A man is wanted for public lewdness after reportedly exposing himself to and then following three children home.

Police said the suspect approached the three children on June 27. The kids were playing along Stebbins Avenue near Crotona Park in the Bronx at around 5 p.m.

Authorities said the man suddenly exposed himself to the children, who stopped playing and headed home. The suspect followed suit.

Surveillance video shows the man at the front door of the children’s home, where police said he tried to get inside.

Foiled, the man fled the scene on foot to parts unknown.

NYPD described the man as Hispanic between 18 an 20 years old. He is thought to be between 5-foot-6-inch and 5-foot-8-inch, weighing about 140 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and blue jeans while wearing white headphones.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or to submit tips online.
