TORONTO – The Canadian dollar opened at 99.08 cents US, up 0.38 of a cent from Friday’s close.
The U.S. dollar stood at 100.93 cents Cdn, down 0.39 of a cent.
Pound sterling was worth C$1.5710, down 0.61 of a cent and US$1.5565, down 0.01 of a cent.
The euro was worth C$1.3119, up 0.16 of a cent.
