Chris Brown’s court battle with his ex, Nia Guzman, has finally come to a conclusion — and it isn’t too pretty for Guzman.
The former model filed papers against Brown back in April, alleging the 27-year-old rapper was unfit to care for their daughter, Royalty, without supervision.
Since then, Guzman’s request for full custody of the couple’s daughter was denied by a Californian judge. She also struck out on every other request in the court case, including her requests to increase her child support, to have Brown’s visits monitored and to have him submit to drug tests, TMZ reports.
To make matters worse for Guzman, the judge has also ordered her to pay back $20,000 in legal fees that Brown was originally forced to provide so she could afford a lawyer for the case.
Brown will maintain joint custody of their daughter and will receive his mandated 12 days of visitation every month — it looks like the grass was definitely greener on Brown’s side of the battle.
