There is no other album picks up a full head of steam like The Beatles’ Abbey Road, said Craig Martin.
“We open with Come Together, and it is such a laidback groove,” he said. “By the time we get to I Want You and all that, it’s pretty cool. And then, we change gears again.”
Martin is the founder of Classic Albums Live, which will be recreating the pivotal album note-for-note and song-by-song at Casino Nova Scotia tonight. Along with recreating the entire record, the band will also perform some of the Fab Four’s hits.
“These guys can play the entire catalog,” Martin said about the band.” These guys can play almost every single Beatle’s song. So, there is no telling what they will pull out for the second set.”
