Grey Goose Jus de Rouges
What’s in it
2 parts Grey Goose Le
Citron Vodka
3 large basil leaves
1-2 slices peeled ginger
1 chunk of watermelon
½ part simple syrup
½ part fresh lime juice
Ginger ale
How to make it
In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves with ginger slice, watermelon chunk and simple syrup. Add ice, vodka and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with remaining watermelon chunk and basil leaves.
