KINSHASA (Reuters) – The Congolese central bank expects the economy to grow 4.6% in 2019, after revising down an earlier estimate of 5.1% during a policy meeting on Friday.
The new figure is more in line with a forecast from the International Monetary Fund, which expects growth this year of 4.3% because of lower copper and cobalt prices.
