Could Bruce Jenner be at fault for deadly car crash after all?

Police have not issued a statement on which driver is ultimately at fault for the four-car pileup last weekend involving Bruce Jenner that left one woman dead, but the lawyer for for one of the drivers involved feels pretty strongly it was all Jenner’s fault. Roger Simon, legal counsel for the driver of a Prius also involved in the crash, says the reluctant reality star is most definitely at fault — which to be fair isn’t that much of a surprise.

Honestly, what’s he going to do? Call up the press and insist his own client is guilty? Simon disputes the official account of the incident, telling the L.A. Times that Jenner actually struck the white Lexus driven by the victim, Kim Howe, before continuing on to hit his client’s car as well.
