Who says you still have to be a student to celebrate Spring Break? At Craigie on Main, you just have to be 21 — and leave the wet t-shirt contests at home (or like, you know, in the ’90s.)
The Central Square bar and restaurant hosted a Spring Break Staycation Celebration with Pierre Ferrand and Plantation Rum on Tuesday night. There were opportunities to get lei-ed, photo-bombing floatie friends, and, naturally, all the fruity rum you can handle. Bartenders created specialty tropic-inspired cocktails for the occasion, including the large-format “Spring Fling,” featuring Plantation 5 year Rum, Aperol, pineapple juice, vanilla and habanero shrub, served in an oversize pineapple with multiple straws.
