Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?
A: I use Crème de la Mer on my face at night. It’s like gold to me. During the day, I use Olay Total Effects. It is rich but not oily. On my hair, any shampoo will do. When it comes to conditioner I use MOP lemon grass. My cologne is Hugo Boss.
Q: Describe your style?
A: I try to have a fun look about myself and at the same time look sleek.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I appreciate every day. I only think of how I can make things better for myself in the here and now.
Q: What makes life easier?
A: The television. I like positive and inspiring shows. My biggest thing in life is laughing. I love to laugh.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I am a salad fanatic. Many times I eat salad as my main meal. I juice wheat grass. I add a little ginger in for taste. I like anything green.

A: I use Proactiv.
Q: Describe your style?
A: Vintage … ’40s and ’50’s mixed with contemporary fashions for the most part. I dress how I feel. I don’t follow fashion trends but I keep up-to-date on style changes. I take pieces I like and put together my own creation.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I have a son who keeps me grounded. I don’t have time for the small stuff.
Q: What things make life easier?
A: My partner (actor Gabriel Hogan) helps to make life easier.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I run. It connects me to the earth and my city. I’m born and raised a Toronto girl. I love running through the streets of this rad town.
