The Dalhousie Tigers men’s hockey team has added a couple of European recruits for the 2009-10 season.
The Tigers have picked up a pair of 6-foot-4 forwards in Czech Daniel Bartek and Swede Gabriel Lundin.
Bartek competed at the 2008 IIHF world junior championship and is coming off back-to-back 36-point seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Brandon Wheat Kings and Everett Silvertips. He potted 22 goals in 2007-08.
Lundin played for AIK in the Swedish under-20 league and had eight points and 35 penalty minutes in 25 games.
