Last week Wikileaks did their thing and released over 40,000 more private emails from the Sony hack that happened in December, but so far it doesn’t appear this new batch will lose any exec their job. One juicy bit is that it appears once-troubled, now-golden director David O. Russell may still be kind of a jerk on-set. The filmmaker who enraged George Clooney on “Three Kings” and was caught screaming at Lily Tomlin on “I Heart Huckabees” allegedly cleaned up his act and was rewarded with three monster hits in a row. But leaked emails reveal that while making “American Hustle,” he was abusive to cast and crew alike, including Amy Adams. “He grabbed one guy by the collar, cursed out people repeatedly in front of others and so abused Amy that Christian Bale got in his face and told him to stop acting like an a—hole,” reveals one email. When the guy who famously blew up on the “Terminator: Salvation” set thinks you’ve gone too far, look out.
