Deal possible for LeVeon Bell Packers Seahawks NFL trade rumors

LeVeon Bell was removed from the Steelers’ active roster this week, signaling to many teams around the NFL that the relationship may be too far gone to repair. In other words, Bell is very much on the market for a trade. Here we look at LeVeon Bell Seahawks Packers NFL trade rumors and more.

Blockbuster NFL trades are becoming more common in the NFL, as we saw the Patriots trade away Jimmy Garoppolo at last year’s deadline and we saw the Raiders deal away Khalil Mack last month. All the talk this week was regarding a potential Antonio Brown trade, but the Steelers still consider the wide receiver as part of their long-term plans. Running backs are much more expendable in today’s NFL. You can bet now on where Bell will land at Sugar House!

Adding reason to why the Steelers would trade away their star back is that this could very quickly become a lost season for the franchise. Their upcoming schedule is brutal, as they will face red-hot Tampa Bay on the road on Monday. After that, there is not one layup on the schedule as they’ll face the Ravens, Falcons, Bengals, Browns, Panthers and Jaguars.

If the Steelers are owning, say, a 1-6-1 record ahead of the NFL trade deadline (which is entirely conceivable), you had better believe Bell will be traded.

One team to keep an eye on would be the Green Bay Packers, who have two first round draft picks in next year’s draft. The Packers would need to jump through a few salary cap hoops to land Bell but it is more than doable. Aaron Rodgers does not look close to 100 percent healthy, so it would benefit the Packers greatly to have an offensive weapon of Bell’s caliber shoulder some of the load. Below are more LeVeon Bell Seahawks Packers NFL trade rumors with a look at Seattle.

The Seahawks are another team that could realistically target Bell in a trade. The sample size is small at two games, but Seattle is averaging just 69.0 rushing yards per game right now ranking 29th in the NFL. The Seahawks have not been the same team since they had a dynamic back like Marshawn Lynch, and Pete Carroll’s system is one that needs an elite rusher. Above is a glance at LeVeon Bell Seahawks Packers NFL trade rumors as the back has become beyond frustrated with his current situation.
