Diane admits she’s ‘product obsessed’

Diane Salema

Diane Salema, co-host MTV Live:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I am product obsessed! The three things that I must have on before leaving the house are: L’Oréal’s Infallible foundation, Maybelline’s Volum’Express mascara and Degree underarm deodorant.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I don’t know how to describe my style. It’s weird. I mostly dress in black but I wouldn’t say it’s a gothic look.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I try not to let the little things bother me but when they do, I tell myself that I’ll soon be able to look back and laugh at it. Life’s too short to dwell on the stupid things.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I tell myself all the time that I should join a gym but I never do. I do walk a lot. I can walk for hours. I love it. Sports are fun too!

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I drink a ton of water and I love vegetables. I’ve recently got into the habit of eating salads.

I always looked at salad like it was rabbit food but now I really enjoy a good salad.

Sasha Roiz

Sasha Roiz, actor, plays Ben Ford in Citytv’s Across The River To Motor City, airing Thursday nights:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I drink Illy espresso coffee. I take Quest multivitamins. I eat Quaker oatmeal and use Kiehl’s moisturizer. Judging by my list, you would think I was living in a retirement home.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I would describe my style as East Coast/European/Tall. I don’t really follow trends.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Not having to endure East coast winters anymore makes life a whole lot easier. Here in LA, sunshine is the ultimate cure. The hills are terrific for afternoon hikes and watching the sunset. Going to the beach is always a treat.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I work out at the local YMCA, run and hike.

Q: What are your eating habits?

A: I don’t so much eat as devour. Because I need to eat constantly, I try and maintain healthy eating habits. High protein, smart carbs, lots of white meat, fish, salads and egg whites. Real boring I know, but it affords me the occasional indulgences.
