It could happen to anyone, right? 18-year-old Robert Vietze got so drunk on a JetBlue flight, that he mistook a sleeping 11-year-old girl for a tiny airline toilet, peeing all over her.
“I was drunk, and I did not realize I was pissing on her leg,” Vietze said afterwards.
Hey, honest mistake, right?
Vietze may have escaped the wrath of the girl’s furious father, but this little mix-up of his is sure to follow him for a while, starting with his career.
Turns out, Vietze is (or was) one of the top 75 skiers in the country who may have had a shot to compete in the 2014 Winter Olympics, according to the New York Post. Apparently, Vietze’s name was taken off the team’s developmental roster yesterday.
Vietze is reportedly refusing to apologize or comment on the incident, even as his Olympic dreams trickle away….
