Hilary Duff and boyfriend Matthew Koma announced they were expecting their first child together, a little girl, back in June.
“Guess what guys! @matthewkoma and I made a little princess of our own and we couldn’t be more excited!!!!!!” Duff, 31, wrote on Instagram.
Koma, a 31-year-old music producer, posted an identical picture with the caption, “We made a baby girl! She will be as beautiful and sweet as her mother… @hilaryduff another incredible chapter begins.”
Duff and Koma made their public debut as a couple in January 2017, but they were on-again, off-again. In December of that year, Duff said on The Talk that things were going “great” the third time around.
“Timing is such a big deal,” the Younger actress and Lizzie McGuire alumna, said of her boyfriend. “I think that you have history and a past with someone and love, and just because it doesn’t work out the first time, the second time, as long as there’s not so much damage done, then it can always work out again.”

Duff gave birth to her baby girl, Banks Violet Bair, on Thursday, October 25. The actress announced the news late Monday tonight via Instagram.
“Banks Violet Bair this little bit has fully stolen our hearts!” Duff wrote. “She joined our world at home on Thursday afternoon and is absolute magic.”
“We welcome a beautiful daughter, little sister, and best friend for life,” Koma wrote in an Instagram post of his own. “Could not possibly be more grateful for our growing family … Cloud ten.”
“Hilary loves that he is great with Luca as well and she knows he will definitely be a great dad,” an insider told E News! of Koma around the time he and Duff announced they were expecting. “Luca was very excited to learn that he was going to be a big brother and already loves helping them prepare for the new baby.”
Duff shares a son, 6-year-old Luca, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
