Breakfast lovers, rejoice. No longer will you have to decide whether to have a doughnut or bacon and eggs. Dunkin’ Donuts will give you all three in one sandwich.

The Associated Press reported that the Canton, Mass.-based chain will begin selling its Glazed Donut Breakfast Sandwich nationwide Friday, which happens to be National Donut Day (a holiday that’s been around since 1938, according to Dunkin’ Donuts).

A few stores in the Boston area have been testing the new sandwich — which features a fried egg and bacon between two halves of a glazed doughnut — since early April.

Perhaps surprisingly, the sandwich is said to be (only) 360 calories. According to a Huffington Post infographic, it’s lower in calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat than other items already on the Dunkin’ menu — including a sweetened iced coffee and the recently unveiled turkey sausage sandwich.

As of Monday morning, there was no official announcement of the new sandwich on the company’s website. Somewhat coincidentally, a recent press release announced the addition of two new members to the company’s Nutrition Advisory Board.
