Dinner now served with a side of gratitude.
Calgary restaurants participating in the first annual A Taste for Life will be donating 25 per cent of diner’s bills to the SHARP Foundation. Operating three support homes for marginalized individuals dealing with HIV and AIDs, SHARP has been providing care and support in Calgary since 1990.
“Our target is $20,000 for this year,” said SHARP executive director Floyd Visser. “We are confident as the restaurants are quickly filling up.”
