ECB’s De Guindos says European countries want to avoid strict lockdowns

MADRID (Reuters) – European Central Bank Vice-President Luis de Guindos said on Monday that Europe was being hit by second wave of coronavirus, but countries were not keen to impose strict lockdown measures as seen at the end of March.
