Eiffel Tower now has a luxury apartment

The Eiffel Tower, one of the most visited monuments in the world, has a new attraction: a luxury apartment with breathtaking views across Paris. The first floor temporary suite, which is open until July 10, was created by the American company HomeAway, to reward some of its customers during EURO 2016.

Construction time: The Eiffel Tower apartment was created in less than 48 hours

Height: The suite is suspended 187 feet above the ground on the first level of the Eiffel Tower.

Designer: Benoit Leleu was the guest designer of the apartment. He drew inspiration from the Parisian Haussmann style and combined it with modern touches.

By the numbers: 7 + million people visit the Eiffel Tower each year (around 75 percentof whom are tourists), making it the most visited monument, which you have to pay for, in the world.
