Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words can lead to lawsuits — if you’re Ellen DeGeneres, at least.

A Georgia real estate agent named Titi Pierce is filing a defamation lawsuit against Warner Bros. and the comedienne, claiming “invasion of privacy, defamation and emotional distress,” according to the Associated Press.

The lawsuit is the result of a segment that aired on DeGeneres’ show back in February and again in April. The segment, entitled “What’s Wrong with These Signs?” pokes fun at storefronts, ads and signs that fans send into the show. DeGeneres used a sign for Pierce’s real estate business to make a joke about breasts, mispronouncing the agent’s name as “Titty Pierce” rather than the correct “Tee-tee Pierce. ”

The lawsuit also alleges that Pierce was subject to “ridiculing and harassing”phone calls after the producers of the show failed to blur out her cellphone number in the segment. No one from the show has commented on the matter yet.
