After years of playing bridesmaid to her friends, reality TV celeb turned fashion designer Lauren Conrad was the star of her own wedding this past weekend. The 28-year-old is newly married to longtime boyfriend William Tell. Despite leaving “The Hills, “The City,” and TV in general behind, fans have still been fascinated by Conrad’s life and she graces magazine covers on a regular basis. We still may be waiting for the wedding hashtag to surface, but here’s what we do know about Conrad and Tell’s special day.

Not all her former castmates made the cut.

“I have one hard and fast rule: If we haven’t sat down together and had a meal in the past two years, you’re probably not going to be invited,” Conrad wrote on her blog. Friend and former “The Hills” star Lo Bosworth not only made the list, she was one of Conrad’s bridesmaids. But ex Brody Jenner did not attend. Former frenemy Heidi Montag likely didn’t come either, considering she and Conrad have been estranged for quite some time. Kristin Cavallari and Justin Bobby also did not attend.

The wedding was also a PR moment.

Ever the business woman, Conrad adorned her bridesmaids in her new Paper Crown bridesmaids dresses. It must have been fun for her to design the gowns with her own wedding in mind. There are 12 different styles in the collection giving her nine bridesmaids enough to choose from.

She gave out swag.

Conrad and Tell not only showered guests with their love, booze and the chance to mingle with other Hollywood celebs – each attendee received a gift bag. Conrad definitely had her ladies in mind when choosing the goodies: pale pink and nude nail polishes, the perfect wedding hues. What a host!
