In addition to the usual star-studded cast of comedians, this year looks to be aiming to make science fun by including Neil DeGrasse Tyson (“Cosmos”) and Bill Nye “The Science Guy. Themed skits like “Gowanus Idol” and “You’re the Expert” are paired with fun activities like The Eye Contact Booth and a bouncy castle that comes with a therapist inside (so you can bounce your thoughts off them).

The band has changed a bit in their 20 years, shifting from a lo-fi garage sound to Britpop on their major label debut “…The Dandy Warhols Come Down,” and fortunately continued to do so. “Bohemian Like You” probably earned them enough scratch to call it a day if they’d wanted, but luckily they’re still touring and coming through our town (with The Brian Jonestown Massacre).
