After 39 years, it was bound to happen — Al Roker overslept on Tuesday morning, missing his 6 a.m early morning show, "Wake Up With Al," on The Weather Channel.
"After 39 years, it happened," tweeted Roker, 58. "I overslept and missed a show." He did, however, wake up in time to make it to "Today."
