Jennifer Garner is finally ready to file for divorce after two years of separation from Ben Affleck, reports US Weekly. The pub can confirm according to a vague, well, no one, that Garner is “gearing up” to put the pen to paper and officially end their 10-year marriage. To top it all off: Affleck has officially moved out of their Brentwood, Cali. home, so, proof!
So as it happens, the “Daredevil” lovebirds could not make it work, despite the delicious roast chickens and pizza nights Affleck gushed about just last month. The couple originally separated two years earlier, when the former Batman was rumored to have had a very public affair with their children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian. (They later officially dated, in a gross turn of events.)

Garner was pretty candid about the incident in February 2016 interview with Vanity Fair. She claimed the nanny drama was overblown and her ex didn’t start his trail of tears until long after their split: “Let me just tell you something. We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce.” OK!

Hear that? ~Divorce~ Meaning in February of last year, Garner was already throwing around the d-word. So theoretically, she was always “gearing up” to file for divorce. But we’ll only stop obsessing over weekend trips with the kids to Paris and brunch dates when Affleck and Garner officially show up to court.
