Everyone has goals, dreams, items on their bucket list, things they really want to do. For newly minted Golden Globe winner, that includes Jennifer Aniston. Thornton did a bit of an over-share backstage at the Globes when Access Hollywood challenged him to a game of Would You Rather, pitting celebrities against each other to vie for the “Fargo” star’s amorous attention. When asked to choose between Reese Witherspoon and Aniston, Thornton quickly replied, “Jennifer Aniston, lifelong goal. That’s all I’m saying.” And, I mean, a simple yes or no would sufficed. But it’s good to know that he and Brad Pitt have such consistently similar tastes. How many times does it take you to get this through your head?” The creepiness of his fixation aside, he at least gets high comedy marks for his response to the options of Bill Murray and Christoph Waltz: “I don’t even know what the second one is, so Bill Murray.” The second one, Mr. Thornton, is someone who has more Oscars than you. Just so you know.
