Oh, Xander. Oh, no. Former "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Nicholas Brendon has had his second run-in with the law in less than six months after being arrested in Fr. Lauderdale, Florida for grand theft and criminal mischief, according to TMZ. Brendon, who was in town to attend the Shock Pop Comicon fan event, allegedly trashed his hotel room and skipped out on the bill, leaving behind a $380 food and beverage tab plus $450 in damages.
"While attending Shock Pop Comicon in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Nicholas was placed into a deplorable situation involving his professional arrangements and chose to react in an adverse manner. This reaction led to his arrest on Monday," a rep for the actor tells E! News. "We are aware that Nicholas' actions are of a much deeper origin, and we are working toward creating a healthy environment for him to thrive in. The past several months have been trying, and Nicholas' disease is damaging and consistently misunderstood. We are doing everything in our power at Camp Nick to assure his recovery."
Brendon was also arrested and charged with two misdemeanors back in October for causing a commotion in the lobby of a Boise, Idaho hotel during another fan convention.
