Apricot Shine

2 oz. Original Moonshine

½ oz. Orchard Apricot Liqueur

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

1 egg white

How to make it:
Combine all into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) for seven seconds. Add ice and shake again for seven seconds. Strain into champagne coupe and top with angostura bitters.
