Golden Cadillac is a newcomer to the NYC restaurant scene, but it's got an old-timey feel that we can't get enough of. The space, designed as a 1970s cocktail den, is celebrating the holidays with its Rockette cocktail ($13). The recipe comes from a 1961 "Diner’s Club Drink Book," which was a hit in the '70s. Still, the recipe — vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and mint — is pretty timeless, if you ask us.
