It’s still Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Langham Place, Fifth Avenue is commemorating the occasion with a cocktail dedicated to one of its nearest and dearest. Cheers to Emily is a blend of Blanco tequila, pink grapefruit liqueur, lemon and strawberry syrup in memory of Emily Easter, a friend of the hotel who lost her battle with breast cancer just a couple weeks ago. $1 from each drink ($16) will go to the Pink Daisy Project — a charity Easter was fond of — which supports women in the throes of illness by providing care when a cure is too late.
