The 2014 Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival is in full swing, and we're happy to toast to spring with these cherry blossom–inspired concoctions from the new Library Bar in the lobby of the posh Rittenhouse Hotel (210 W. Rittenhouse Sq.), and Bar 210 in the hotel's elegant Lacroix restaurant, where the fancy people drink.

2 oz. Sake
1/2 oz. Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/2 oz. Amarena Cherry Nectar
1/2oz. Yuzu juice
3/4 oz. Cherry blossom soda
Shake all the ingredients, but not the foam, with ice and single strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry blossom foam and garnish with cherry blossoms.
Cherry Blossom Sangria
6 oz. Cruzan 9 Rum
6 oz. Cherry puree
3 oz. Marquis de la Tour
Preparation: Fill a quart container with diced fruit (mango, strawberry, pear, tangerine). Add Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum and Cherry puree and let marinate overnight. In white wine glass rimmed with sweet and sour cherry, add ice and 3 tablespoons of the fruit mixture. Fill with Marquis de la Tour and garnish with a marinated fruit skewer.
