‘Degrassi,’ the teen drama on which the young characters were eventually afflicted by virtually every trauma a young person can go through in their teen years, is finally going off the air after 14 seasons. The show addressed everything from teen pregnancy to trans issues over the course of its many seasons, and attracted plenty of high-profile guest stars, including Kevin Smith, who grew up with the prior incarnation of the show, and loved it so much he wanted to appear on it.

TeenNickis promising tons of finale coverage leading up to the last episode on July 31, including visits from old cast members, a special online yearbook fans can signcomplete with behind the scenes photosfrom cast and crew, and a look into the most talked about moments on the show. No word yet on how this affects former star Drake (or Aubrey Graham, as he was known in those days), who left the show a few years ago to attempt a music career. We wish him the best of luck in all his new endeavors.
