LeBron James, Colin Kaepernick and others react to Eminem’s freestyle rap during BET Awards

Eminem calls out Donald Trump in freestyle

Eminem, the real Slim Shady, stood up to President Donald Trump again and just about everyone enjoyed it.

Last night during the 2017 BET Awards, many people watched Cardi B perform her hit single “Bodak Yellow” and take home five BET Awards including “Single of the Year,” one of the most memorable moments from last night was from BET’s Hip Hop Cypher segment.

During the 4 1/2 minute freestyle called “The Storm,” the Detroit rapper used the time to rip apart Donald Trump and all of his supporters and share his thoughts on gun control, immigration, racism and how he believes the president spends more time engaging with Twitter than he does dealing with current issues the nation is facing.

Eminem rapped:

“It’s like we take a step forwards then backwards, but this is his form of distraction, plus he gets an enormous reaction, when he attacks the NFL so we focus on that and, instead of talking Puerto Rico or gun reform for Nevada, all these horrible tragedies and he’s bored or would rather, cause a Twitter storm with the Packers.”

“Now if you’re a black athlete you’re a spoiled little brat for trying to use your platform or stature to try to give those a voice who don’t have one,” he said.

As soon as BET posted the video to Twitter, it instantly caught fire and went viral and received over 196,000 re-teweets and 330,000 likes on Twitter.

Although President Trump has yet to respond to Eminem’s vicious rap about him, LeBron James, Colin Kaepernick and other stars took to Twitter to react to Eminem’s video.
