Lea Michele has begun the process of stepping away from the project that launched her career. The "Glee" star has been confirmed as a guest star in the final season of "Sons of Anarchy." It's the final season of the dark (and very adult) biker drama, and the show has been booking some unusual guest stars for its swan song: Marilyn Manson and Courtney Love are also booked to make appearances. Though we're sensing a trend now. Is "Sons" trying to go all musical?
It's unclear if Michele will be doing any singing on the show. Per the Hollywood Reporter, she'll be playing "Gertie, an empathetic truck-stop waitress and single mother who connects with Gemma (Katey Sagal) during a difficult time." Haven't many of the times Gemma's had on the show been difficult?
Michele reported the news herself on Twitter, calling the show her "favorite." Who knew Lea Michele was hanging out and watching "Sons of Anarchy"?
Catch Michele on the show October 14.
