The Manhattan District Attorney is reportedly dismissing the case altogether because witnesses close to the plaintiff, professional psychic Tiffany Mitchell, were uncooperative and surveillance footage of the fight was inconclusive. "Tiffany is very disappointed that the District Attorney has not decided to prosecute Lindsay," Mitchell's attorney, Gloria Allred says.
