VIDEO: Green Goblin Patrick Page reads verse from 'Song of Spider-Man'
Patrick Page — Broadway's Green Goblin — reading critical verse from Glen Berger's "Song of Spider-Man" is even better than "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark."
Put down that turkey drumstick and tear your eyes away from football for just three minutes.
That's the time it takes to watch this amazing video of Patrick Page, Broadway's original Green Goblin, reading aloud a critical passage from Glen Berger's new novel, "Song of Spider-Man," which is about the turbulent opening (and closing, and opening) of "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark."
Patrick Page's glorious recitation (and reactions) marks the first of a series of readings that are scheduled, with the show's stars tackling some of the humorous and hyperbolic passages about their own contributions and shortcomings. The series was commissioned to celebrate the third anniversary of the first performance of "Spider-Man."
"Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" is scheduled to close on Jan. 4.
