Thrillist just couldn’t wait for the fifth this May, so they went ahead and decided to throw a "Quatro de Mayo" celebration by pitting 10 of their favorite chefs against one another in the second annual Taco Knockout – we’re calling taco de knocko. Chefs from La Cenita Steak, Los Perros Locos, Best Pizza (yeah we questioned this one twice, too) and more sling the cheese and guacamole to see who can make the ultimate taco.
