Joe Jonas is telling all in an essay for New York magazinetitled “Joe Jonas: My life as a Jonas Brother.”
In the confessional, he opens up about growing up under the Disney spotlight. “I lost my virginity when I was 20,” he writes. “I did other stuff before then, but I was sexually active at 20. I’m glad I waited for the right person, because you look back and you go, ‘That girl was bats— crazy. I’m glad I didn’t go there.'”
Jonas also reveals that he smoked marijuana for the first time with Miley Cyrus and ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato. “I must have been 17 or 18,” the 24-year-old writes. “They kept saying, ‘Try it! Try it!’ So I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don’t even smoke weed that often anymore.”
