It looks like Justin Bieber can't even dodge legal problems in his home country. The pop star was reportedly arrested in his native Canada over the weekend and charged with assault and dangerous driving following a collision between a minivan and an ATV, according to CTV News Canada. The incident occurred near Bieber's hometown of Stratford, Ontario.
According to a release by the Ontario Provincial Police, Bieber got into a "physical altercation" after the collision. "The driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation." Bieber was taken into police custody and charged before being released. He is expected to appear in court Sept. 29. TMZ reports that Bieber was driving the ATV, which collided with a minivan being driven by paparazzi. The singer recently pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and resisting arrest in Miami, and he is still awaiting the outcome of a case in Ontario involving his alleged assault of a limo driver. Bieber is also currently on probation for two years following his egging of a neighbor's house in California.
