Keira Knightley criticized by former Director

Ouch! In a recent interview with British newspaper, “The Independent,” John Carney, who directed Keira’s 2013 film “Begin Again,” blasts the actress for her lack of acting skills as well as for having a “constant entourage.”

He says: ”Keira’s thing is to hide who you are and I don’t think you can be an actor and do that.”

He adds: “I don’t want to rubbish Keira, but you know it’s hard being a film actor and it requires a certain level of honesty and self-analysis that I don’t think she’s ready for yet and I certainly don’t think she was ready for on that film.”

Carney also disapproved of Knightley’s large entourage because it made getting any “real work done” difficult.

Talk about burning a bridge! It’s safe to say that these two won’t be working together anytime soon.
