Kim K got butt injections — but not for the reason you think

Kim Kardashian West definitely has one of the most voluptuous bods in Hollywood. But, over the years her booty has come under a lot of serious scrutiny.
After years of constant speculation, the “KUWTK” star revealed that she did, in fact, get butt injections — but it’s not what you think.
The reality star spilled on a recent LiveStream that she has to get periodic cortisone butt injections because of her psoriasis condition, “Every few years I get a cortisone shot. I just got one as my psoriasis was so bad in Vegas. That’s a little unknown fact of me, I have to get cortisone shots every few years.”
The 35-year-old has always been very open about her condition, she even spoke about it on a 2011 “KUWTK” episode. Apparently, the procedure spurred the butt-implants rumors because she was photographed with a literal dent in her butt.
“One of my neighbors was a dermatologist at Cedars [Sinai Hospital]. I go in there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance that you will get a huge indent in your butt.’ Of course I get a huge indent on my butt.”
Kim K recalls the exact moment when the controversy over her rear end started: “There is a picture of me in Miami wearing an electric-blue dress, and another picture of me walking down Robertson. You see the indent. And I think that’s when the rumors started: ‘She’s had implants.’”
