It looks like Lindsay Lohan might not be in the clear just yet for the alleged beating of Barron Hilton in Miami last week, as the hotel heir — and younger brother to Paris Hilton — had his lawyer reach out to Miami Beach police to discuss their investigation, according to Radar Online.
“A Meeting is being scheduled for Mr. Hilton to give a formal statement about the incident,” a police spokesman says.
Hilton reportedly wants Lohan’s friend Ray LeMoine charged for the attack, but he’d initially backed off.
“He has been made aware that there are incriminating photos that, if released, could tell a very different side of what took place,” a source says. While Lohan hasn’t currently been implicated in the incident, sources say Hilton believes she ordered LeMoine to beat him up.
